We are looking for :

PURCHASER (M/F)
Within the Purchasing Department, you will participate in the implementation of the Purchasing Policy of the TAP Group.

MISSIONS :

Participate in the implementation and application of the Purchasing methods and good practices within the group
(Processes, CGA, framework contract, management charts…)

Carry out and participate in direct and indirect purchases:
Sourcing and qualification of suppliers
Supplier audits
Preparation of tenders and contractualization
Contractual follow-up and management of supplier disputes
Monitoring of the group’s purchasing performance
In conjunction with the logistics department, optimize stocks and logistics flows

Advise, guide and raise awareness of the group’s purchasing practices
Ensure a permanent watch on its market
(Changes in demand, product characteristics, visits to trade shows and suppliers, analysis of the competition, etc.)

Develop and promote innovations on its market
Negotiate the best purchasing conditions (quality, price, lead time, payment) in conjunction with internal stakeholders
Ensure the updating of purchasing data in the ERP
Provide technical support and guidance to the sales department
Ensure the alignment of its action plans with the Purchasing and Sales strategy
Ensure reporting for the communication of its actions and results
Profile:

Preferably trained in Purchasing with an appetite for technical products, involved and proactive, you have a first successful experience of at least 2 years in a purchasing function in an industrial environment.

SKILLS :

Good communicator, you will be required to exchange in project mode with the design office, our factories, our sales teams and our partners.
Curious and open-minded, you will work with them on different and varied subjects offering real versatility and autonomy of work.

Mobile, you will be required to travel occasionally (one or more days) in France and abroad – oral and written English is necessary.
